Shipping policy

Once an order has been processed and shipped, all responsibility for the shipment transfers to the purchaser.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages

  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

  • Customs delays, duties, or import fees (if applicable)

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout

  • Packages left unattended or stolen after delivery

  • Carrier errors once the package has been handed off

Tracking & Delivery

A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to monitor tracking and contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery issues.

Optional Insurance

Shipping insurance (if available at checkout) is strongly recommended. Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be made directly with the carrier.

No Replacements or Refunds

Once an item has shipped, no refunds or replacements will be issued for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
